Obituary

Anthony Allen Alexander, 45, went to be with the Lord on Nov 4, 2021, surrounded by his beloved family. Anthony was born February, 13, 1976, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Samuel and Virginia Alexander. He graduated from Mounds High School and Drumright Welding School in 1995. He was last employed at Tulsa Rig Iron in Kiefer, Oklahoma.
Anthony enjoyed hunting and fishing with his brother Rick and brother-in-law Wayne. He was proud of his son, Adam and loved to spend time with him watching favorite movies and going to Penny and Wayne's house and shooting BB guns. He and Randy liked to joke around, and Anthony's favorite pet name for Randy was 'Lurch'.
Anthony is survived by his son Adam Alexander (of the home), his mother Virginia Carter (Sapulpa), brothers Randy and Pam Shelton (Tulsa), Rick and Cindy Shelton (Claremore), sister Penny and Wayne Smith (Sapulpa). Along with nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Anthony was preceded in death by his father Samuel Hansen Alexander, stepfather L.K. Carter, and older brother, Steven Duane Shelton.
Memorial services will be on Wednesday, November 10, at 10:00 a.m., at the Assembly of God in Mounds, Oklahoma with pastor Raymond Dokes officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral and Cremation Services, 35 S. Main, Kellyville, Oklahoma, 918-247-7373.
