Barbara Sue Weaver 89, of Sapulpa passed through the gates of heaven on October 15, 2024, at the Porta Caeli House surrounded by family.

Barbara was born September 28, 1935, in Kansas to Edward Leroy & Grace Helen (Hurrelbrink) Stoneking. She was a dedicated employee to Walmart for 28 years.

Barbara married the love of her life Reverend Roy Weaver in 1985. They spent 7 wonderful years together before he passed from this life.

She was immensely devoted to the Sapulpa Methodist Church, Creek County O.H.C.E., and Oklahoma TOPS. She developed wonderful friendships with all those she met inside and out of these organizations.

Barbara enjoyed spending time with her family, playing dominos, gardening, playing tea party with her great granddaughters and enjoying all that nature had to offer.

She was a compassionate individual, always ready to lend a hand to those in need.

She is preceded in death by her parents Edward & Grace Stoneking, husband, Roy Weaver, son, John Quinton, sister, Peggy Riley, & brother, Karl Stoneking.

She is survived by her sons, Tim Quinton of Sapulpa, Karl Bonner of Tulsa, Eddy Quinton of Skiatook and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.

Services will be Monday October 21, 2024, at the Sapulpa Methodist Church 2pm with graveside to follow at the Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday October 20, 2024, at Traditions Funeral Home from 2-4pm. Arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral & Cremation Services, 35 S. Main Kellyville, Oklahoma.

In lieu of the flowers the family would request donations to the Porta Caeli Hospice House for the utmost care and love shown to Barbara and her family in her final days.
