Charlotte Lynn Owens, 61 of Wilburton, Ok. passed away on July 24, 2023. She was born in Sapulpa, Ok. on Sept. 12, 1961, to Harvey L. Owens and Viola M. (Shelton) Owens. She was a homemaker that loved spending time with her family, she loved to garden, she also loved going fishing and camping with friends and family. She was a Baptist by faith.

She is survived by Robert Thurston of Wilburton, Ok. and her kids Debra K. Pruitt and James E. Pruitt of Tulsa, Ok., Trisha L. Sexson of Oakhurst, Ok., Mark A. Sexson of Holdenville, Ok. Her grandkids Cameron King and Moura Crouch, DeCoda King, Jordan Gibson, Jamie Sexson, Jacklyn Todd, Addison Sexson. Her Great grandkids Nevaeh, Zayden and Malachi King as well as a whole host of Great and Great, great grandkids along with a ton of nieces and nephews.

She is also survived by her siblings Janet McManus, Pam Waltrip, Billy Owens, and Tommy Owens.

She was proceeded in death by James A. Sexson and by her parents Harvey L. and Viola M. Owens. Her siblings Loretta Bernard, Sharon McGuire, Donna Jo Amaden, D.L Owens, Pat Owens.

Viewing is Friday, July 28, 2023, at Traditions Funeral Home Kellyville, Ok. 9am-5pm.

Celebration of life will be Saturday July 29, 2023, at 2pm at the Red Bison Event Center Sapulpa, Ok.
