Charlotte Sumner was born on March 30, 1935 and passed from this life, surrounded by loved ones, on March 17, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her parents Lola and Leonard Cannon and her husband, Robert Sumner.

She is survived by her brother Phil and wife Linda and their daughters Kelly and Jill Cannon. Sons Gregg Sumner, Brett and his wife Michelle Sumner, Phillip and his wife Amanda Sumner and grandchildren Ashley Schoelen and her husband Brent and Matthew Sumner and his wife Stefanie and one great grandchild Jett Schoelen. Other nieces and nephews include Mike Sumner and his wife Gerry, Mark Sumner, Mary Skonezny and her husband Bob and Tina Bennett and her husband Jimmy. Beloved cousins include Debbie York and her husband Larry, Charlie Atchison and his wife Paula, Bonnie McKeehen and Suzanne Cottman.

Charlotte spent her life as a homemaker and care giver to many. She not only cared for her three boys, but also cared for her grandchildren until they were school age and then cared for her mother and aunt until their deaths. In her final months, we were so blessed that she received exceptional care from Grace Hospice and from the caregivers we now consider to be extended family at Greentree Memory Center.
