Clayton Elijah Chambers passed from this life June 9, 2020 at the age of 36. Clay was born January 20, 1984 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Forrest and Janice (Thompson) Chambers.
Clay spent his life in Sapulpa and was baptized at the First Baptist Church. He traveled all over the country competing in wrestling tournaments and earned many National and State titles. He was loved by many people and he never met a stranger. He loved socializing and was always ready for outdoor adventures and was always willing to help coach young wrestlers.
Clay is survived by father Forrest R. Chambers; mother Janice S. (Thompson) Chambers; brother Forrest R. Chambers II; sister Amanda Houston and husband John; nephews J.T. Houston and wife Bailey, Derek Houston and Nathan Chambers; nieces Emily Chambers and Sydney Houston; cousins Vince West and Dillon Chambers; uncles Danny Thompson and wife Virginia and Bobby Chambers and wife Michele; aunt Cindy Chambers and girlfriend Heather Reynolds.
Services will be 2:00pm, Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Westside Freewill Baptist Church, 1403 S. Cheyenne Rd., Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral and Cremation Services, 35 S. Main, Kellyville, Oklahoma, 918-247-7373.
