Daniel Ray Hindman was born to Larry and Gayla Hindman in Tulsa, Oklahoma, February 7, 1982.
Daniel was a very colorful and extraordinary young man. He was a gifted artist and musician. The passion of Daniel's life was writing and playing music that brought glory to Jesus Christ. His heart was tender towards his family and those who were broken. His guitar, together with his unique voice, would often bring healing to others. The songs he wrote were pieces of the life he lived.
Daniel was known for taking his guitar to funerals of grieving family and friends. His voice would ring out to bring hope and comfort to the hurting through a song that was weaved with guitar chords that moved the soul.
Early morning, April 5, 2021, Daniel's young life was quickly ended. We shall miss him greatly.
Psalm 46:1 GOD is our refuge and strength, a very present help in time of trouble.
Daniel is survived by his father Larry Hindman and his wife Kathy of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; mother Gayla Van Woudenberg of Tulsa, Oklahoma; brother Micah Hindman of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; sister Sarah Hindman; half-brother Kyle Sago and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be 1:00pm, Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville. Arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral and Cremation Services, 35 S. Main, Kellyville, Oklahoma, 918-247-7373.
