David Rex (Dave) Simmons

February 26, 1959 ~ May 29, 2024

Dave Simmons, known as "Cowboy" to many, was born in Tulsa, OK to The Reverend Jack and Jewel (Perry) Simmons and died at his home in Kellyville, OK on May 29, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kay Evans and his daughter Shae Dawn Simmons.

He is survived by his family Marisa (Evans) Simmons, Colt Simmons, Patrick O'Malley & Rachael Barton, Evan Jackson, Hannah & Tyson Reeves, Bradley Ball O'Malley, Keenan O'Malley, Brooklyn Barton, Joseph O'Malley, T.J. Reeves, Jax Reeves, Ted Evans, Cyndi & Joe Flanary, Dan & Rhonda Simmons, Craig & Brenda Evans, Candi & Jon Franks, Buck & Becky Flanary, J.D. & Amber Simmons, Cody & Becky Simmons, Jennifer Jarrell, Courtney Evans, Brenna & Stetson DeHaas, Brooklyn & Chad McGolden, Brielle Flanary, Tate Simmons, Taryn Jo Simmons, Katie Simmons, Navy DeHaas and Banner McGoldeh .
