David Mitchell Dean 66 of Bristow, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

David was born on March 15, 1959, in Bristow, Oklahoma to Eugene Wilson Dean and Virginia Lucille Dean.

David attended school at Bristow Public Schools. David worked in General Construction most of his life. David enjoyed his spare time fishing on the Arkansas River and the Cimmaron River with his brother Gary. He had a caring and compassionate heart and was always willing to give a helping hand, He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.

David is preceded in death by his father, Eugene Wilson Dean; mother, Virginia Lucille Dean; brother, Eugene Wilson Dean Jr., sister, Sue Ann Newell, sister Virginia Ann Finney, brother Ronald Eugene Dean, brother Richard Allen Dean, and brother Randall Keith Dean.

David is survived by his son, Cody Ray Hicks of Montana, granddaughter Arbella Hicks, sister, Charlotte Hollingshad of Kellyville, Oklahoma, brother Steve Dean and wife Teresa of Seminole, Oklahoma, brother, Gary Dean of Bristow, Oklahoma, Lloyd Dean and wife Sammie of Stroud, Oklahoma, sister, Anita Buckley and husband Eddie of Kellyville, Oklahoma and a host of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, June 7,2025, 12:00 noon at the Kellyville Senior Citizens Building 410 East Buffalo in Kellyville, Oklahoma.
