IN LOVING MEMORY OF
David Keith
Lugo Jr.
November 5, 1977 – October 8, 2025
David Keith Lugo, Jr., 47, of Sapulpa passed from this life on October 8, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was born on November 5, 1977, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, to David and Nancy Lugo.
David attended Beggs High School and later received his GED and went on to attend Tulsa Welding School. David was employed by many well-known companies including Bartlett Collins, Wal-Mart, WSI, Paragon Industries and his most recent was Pepsi where he was a maintenance operator. David loved his tools often saying, "If David Lugo can't fix it, nobody can!"
David met the love of his life, Jennifer Dunback and the two later married on July 1, 2000. They were blessed to have three children Reagan McGehee, Kyler Lugo and little miss Kenley.
David had a love for tools and believed you could never have enough. He loved hunting, fishing, collecting guns and knives, playing pool with his son Kyler, dancing around the house with his daughter Kenley, spending time with his grandkids, late night dinners and casino trips with his wife Jenny. They were the "Ma and Pa Kettle" of their little family.
David was a guardian—whether he wanted to be or not. He was always there. He stood up for those who couldn't stand for themselves, no matter if they were friends or family. It never mattered who needed help—David showed up. His famous motto was "Just call me—I know a guy."
He is survived by his loving wife Jenny of the home; children Reagan and husband Matthew McGehee, Kyler Lugo and his girlfriend Lexis and Kenley Lugo all of Sapulpa; his mother Nancy Lugo of Tulsa; sister Terri Wells of Tulsa; mother-in-law Debra Jones of Sapulpa; sister-in-law Tonya Rose of Sapulpa; granddaughters Avery, Chloe, Lillian, Millie and Raelyn McGehee; six nephews and one niece and many other family members and friends.
David is preceded in death by his father David Lugo Sr.; grandparents Orville and Priscilla Lugo and Willison and Rosa Weiesnbach; grandson Waylon McGehee and fathers-in-law John Dunback and Patrick Jones.
