In Loving Memory of Debra Fay Kame

Debra Fay Kame passed from this life on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

Debra was born August 25, 1953, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Laurence Elmon and Mary Fay York Wilson. She devoted many years of her life to serving others through her work with the United States Post Office.

Debra enjoyed the simple pleasures of life and cherished the time she spent camping, fishing, traveling, and making memories on trips to Las Vegas. She will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and friends and for the many memories she created throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John David Kame; her parents, Laurence and Mary Wilson-Chatman; and her sister, Barbara Jean Wilson.

Debra is survived by her children, James David Kame and wife Bonnie of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, and Mary Ann Trotter and husband Jason of Sand Springs; her brother, Leon Wilson; her grandchildren, Kelley (Skeet) Smith and wife Jennifer of Sand Springs, Alicia Wodrich of Sand Springs, Jessica Reese and husband Jared of Sand Springs, Jacelyn Trotter of Sand Springs, and Jaxon (Scout) Trotter of Sand Springs; and her great-grandchildren, Kaden Smith, Logan Snow, Brylee Smith, Kason Fleming, Jenson Reese, and Jaxton Reese.

She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss her dearly.

Debra's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Service Information

Services will be 11:00 am, Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville, Oklahoma. Burial to follow at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
