Debra Ann Toppah, age 63 of Sapulpa has gone on to be with the Lord on October 16, 2020, in Wichita, Kansas at Wesley Medical Center.  She was born on September 5, 1957, in Claremore, Oklahoma to Delbert Dunn Sr. and Shirley (Hardridge) Brown.  She was raised in Kellyville most her life. She attended Chilocco Indian School for 2½ years, she finished her senior year at Kellyville (because of Terry LOL) and graduated from Kellyville High School in 1975.  She played softball alongside her mom, aunts and cousins, she played basketball all through school and was an avid bowler for many years.  She was married to Ted "Chink" Toppah for 23 years.

She worked for Carnegie Nursing Home for over 14 years as the Activity Director.  She moved back home to Kellyville in 1998 where she worked for Sunrise Janitorial Services for over 20 years.

Debra is survived by her brother Gary Dunn and wife Julie of Tulsa; son Terry Toppah and wife Kimberly of Broken Arrow; daughters Carol Lujan and husband Carl of Collinsville, Lisa Toppah of Carnegie and Danielle Toppah and husband CJ Pipestem of the home; aunts Martha "Ruth" Dunn of Tulsa and Joyce "Christine" Johnson and husband Albert of Kellyville.  She had 17 Grandkids and 7½ great-grandkids along with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents Delbert Dunn Sr. and Shirley Brown; brothers Delbert Dunn Jr., Vanis Dunn and Ronnie Brown; grandmother Lola Hardridge and great-grandson Tyrie Burks.

Wake services will be 7:00pm, Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at the Oakhurst Indian Fellowship Church, 6130 S. 58th W. Ave., Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74131.  Services will be 2:00pm, Thursday, October 22, 2020, also at the Oakhurst Indian Fellowship Church.  Arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral and Cremation Services, 35 S.
