IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Emily Elizabeth
Delancy
February 26, 1982 – January 10, 2023
Emily "Elizabeth" (Gosvener) DeLancy 40, stepped into Heaven and received her wings on January 10, 2023. She was born February 26, 1982, in Joplin, Missouri to Gene and Jacqueline Gosvener.
Elizabeth graduated from Sapulpa High School in 2000. She met and married the love of her life Andy on July 11, 2011, but they had been constant companions since they were in middle school. They moved to Kellyville in 2006 and had one daughter Addison age 14. Elizabeth and Addison were best friends and did everything together. Elizabeth also loved and adored their miniature dachshund Lucy. Elizabeth, Addison and Lucy loved to travel and made several trips to Florida and Colorado to see her grandparents. The family enjoyed going to the lake, boating, riding Sea-Doo's and cooking out. Elizabeth also loved being involved with children working in the Sapulpa School system for the past 10 years. During her time there, she has met and developed many friendships with her coworkers. It is safe to say she never met a stranger.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her mother Jacqueline Gosvener; grandmother Juanita Badger; uncles Charles Gosvener and Thomas Van Rucker; grandparents Billy R. and Carolyn Hill.
She is survived by husband Andy DeLancy of the home; daughter Addison DeLancy also of the home; father Clarance Gene Gosvener and wife Debbie of Florida; brother Gaberial Gosvener of Sapulpa; grandfather Ed Badger of Florida; aunt Dorothy Ott; aunt and uncle Betty and Don Mullinex; uncle Steve Rucker; mother and father-in-law Kenneth and Kathy DeLancy; brother and sister-in-law Ritchie and Kylie DeLancy and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
