Ferrold "Chum" Franklin Hunt Jr., 81, of Tulsa, Oklahoma went to be with the Lord on April 19, 2023, at his home by his family.

Chum was born January 9, 1942, in Glendale, California to Ferrold and Mary Hunt. He was employed by Petroleum Testing and owned his own pest control company.

Chum married the love of his life Doris Thomas and they recently celebrated 61 years of marriage.

Chum enjoyed in his spare time fishing, OU football, Nascar, watching westerns and playing dominoes with family.

He was loved and will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife Doris; children Sonya Thorpe married to Chuck Thorpe, Kenny Hunt and Bobby Hunt engaged to Michelle Gorden; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother Joe Hunt married to Renée Tyler Hunt and a host of other cousins, relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be from 6-8pm, Friday, April 21, 2023, at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville. Services will be 10am, Saturday, April 22, 2023, also at Traditions Funeral Chapel.
