Obituary

Fonda Schlosser went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 23,2022. She was born on December 31, 1939, to Ada and Burt Potter in Bristow Oklahoma. She did many things in her younger years. She completed high school and attended college for several years.

She later met and married her husband Aden Schlosser in June and spent the best years of her life with him until he passed away on April 14, 2014. They were partners in everything including the family business. They would divide and conquer the days tasks, and both worked equally hard to get the job done. As they aged, they continued to be an inspiration to the family by showing them a strong work ethic and how to work hard no matter your age.

Fonda was always willing to help anyone with anything. She had an enormous heart that poured love onto her family and friends. She was a kind and forgiving woman that had a knack for seeing the positive in each person and never judged anyone for their faults. She enjoyed spending her later years with her grandkids and great grandkids. She loved to read and teach her babies these traits as well. She was an amazing cook and those closest to her knew they could eat at her kitchen anytime.

Fonda was happiest when she was able to spend time with her mom, sisters, and other family members. Whether it be cooking large meals or putting puzzles together on the coffee table. Family was very important to her.

She is survived by her four children Paul VanOrsdol of Bristow, Mark and wife Debbie VanOrsdol of Bristow, Elaine and husband Matt Kirk of Sapulpa, Adam and wife Gina Schlosser of Bristow; grandchildren Luke VanOrsdol of Bristow, Aaron VanOrdol of Bristow, Angela Eastman, Anthony VanOrsdol, Kelly Marie Sample, Abigail Kirk, Kimberly Price, Sarah Kirk, Jacob Kirk, Jace Billingsly, Katie and Lorie Schlosser, a host of great- grandchildren; sisters Ella Fern and Carol Meader, Sharon and Red Davidson, Brenda Potter, Paula Montgomery, And a host of other family and friends, nieces and nephews.
