Obituary

Frances Butler of Sapulpa, stepped into Heaven September 15, 2022, while being loved on by Family and a loving Nurse.

Frances was born in Kentucky.  She moved to Oklahoma at a young age where she spent most of her life in Sapulpa. Frances worked and retired from American Heritage (National) Bank, where she trained many new employees before becoming an Auditor.  She met so many people through the years there.  She always gave it her all!
Frances is a Life Member, past Lady Auxiliary Commander for several years at Disabled American Veterans Chapter. If you were a Bingo player, you probably knew her from working Bingo many evenings at the DAV to raise money for Veterans. The countless hours she volunteered and passion for our Veterans never ended.
Frances Married the love of her life Rual Butler, June 2, 1949.  They enjoyed their cabin at Grand Lake, square dancing, playing dominos and wahoo, and enjoyed going out Dancing with Family and Friends. Later in life she enjoyed going to Las Vegas with her Brother and Sister when they could, or just sitting visiting.
She loved and cared for her family no matter what.  She was Proud of them all. Now you are the Angel whispering in our ears and maybe giving a nudge here and there, brings us peace.
She is survived by her children David and Nancy Butler, Roger Butler and Terri and Carl Seely all of Sapulpa.  She was so proud of her 8 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandson.
You are never ready to say "See You Later" but our Dad and her Granddaughter (Carrie Seely) are Dancing in the Sky with her, along with her Parents and many more relatives.
Services will be at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville Oklahoma, Thursday, September 22, 2022, at 12pm, followed by Graveside at Woodlawn Cemetery in Sand Springs. Viewing is open to her family and friends until 5pm Tuesday with extended viewing on Wednesday until 7:30pm. The Casket will be closed at the Service per Frances's instructions.
