Harvey Ray Howard passed from this life December 28, 2023. He was born to Omer and Agnes Howard June 7, 1934.

Harvey married Delores Perry on June 18, 1954, and they were blessed to enjoy 68 years of marriage before her passing in January 2023.

He served one term in the US Army and went on to retired from Flint Steel after 30 years of dedicated service. After retirement he owned and operated a dairy farm for 12 years. After selling his dairy cows he worked at John Crane for several more years.

Harvey was an avid coon hunter and owned several prized coon hounds. He loved his family and his savior Jesus Christ. He was a member of Happy Acres Cowboy Church.

He is preceded in death by his wife Delores; twin daughters Rhonda Gaye and Donna Kay and son Harvey Ray Howard Jr., parents Omer and Agnes Howard; brothers Sundown Howard and Duncan Charles; sisters Laverne Wright and Thalia Pinkham; stepbrothers Eddie McGuire, Bob McGuire, Jack McGuire and Billy Don Thompson.

He is survived by brothers Jim Howard (Jan), Kenny Charles and Doyle Charles; sister Pat Williges and stepsister Doris Anderson and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be 2pm, Thursday, January 4, 2024, at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville with Pastor Mike McGee officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral and Cremation Services, 35 So. Main in Kellyville, OK, 918-247-7373
