Helen Jean Billingsly, 87, of Kellyville, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 20, 2023. She was born on February 13, 1936, to Tommie and Ruby Settle.

She married Vernon Bert (Sonny) Billingsly on December 6, 1952, and together they had three children.  She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all. She loved kids and had a hand in raising multiple children and great-grandchildren throughout her life. She will be truly missed.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father Tommie and Ruby Settle; brothers Mike and Sonny Settle and husband Vernon Bert Billingsly.

She is survived by her daughter Cathy Fulks and husband Jimmy; sons Philip Billingsly and wife Debbie and Vernon Gene Billingsly and wife Marilyn and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 10:00am, Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at Oakwood Cemetery in Mounds. Arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral and Cremation Services, 35 S. Main, Kellyville, Oklahoma, 918-247-7373.
