Howard William Dale age 62, was born on May 31, 1957 and departed this life to be with our Savior on April 14, 2020, after a battle with cancer. Howard was a heavy equipment operator, employed by the City of Sapulpa for over twenty years. He enjoyed his many old cars, fishing and hanging out with his family and friends. Howard was a loving husband, brother, uncle, cousin and friend.

He is preceded in death by his parents Phyllis Jean Dale and Jerry Joe Dale and stepson Raymond Smith.

He is survived by wife Toby Dale and stepson David Smith; brothers Ronnie Charles, Joseph Dale, David Dale, Damon Dale; sisters Gloria Christner, Pamela Ibbetson and Laura Watkins; uncles Donald Dale and Ellis Smith; aunt Glenda Kendall; nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly, Ricky, Jeremy and Garrick Watkins, Tommy, Brandon, Aaron and Abbey Dale, Cameron Ibbetson, Jeffery Charles, Kimberly Hayes, Michelle McCarty, and Kristi Osteen, along with numerous cousins, great nieces & nephews, the Pickering Family and many friends he cared about deeply.

The Family wishes to extend their thanks for the support Howard received from his coworkers and friends at the City of Sapulpa. Words cannot express our sorrow, farewell Brother Howard until we meet again!

Viewing hours will be Friday the 17th from 10am-8pm, Saturday the 18th from 10am-3pm and Sunday the 19th from 1pm-6pm.

Due to attendance restrictions there will be a private family services at 1:00pm, Monday, April 20, 2020, at Traditions Funeral Chapel with Tommy Pickering officiating.  S ervices will be live streamed on Traditions Facebook page. However, the family is requesting that those who wish may come to the funeral home parking lot and live stream from their cars and join the procession from the funeral home to South Heights Cemetery in Sapulpa.

Bearers will be Ronnie Charles, David Dale, Joe Dale, Damon Dale, Doug Ibbetson and Rick Watkins.  Honorary bearers will be Ricky Watkins, Jeremy Watkins, Garrick Watkins, Cameron Ibbetson, Tommy Dale, Brandon Dale, Aaron Dale and David Smith.
