In the ripe bloom of youth, Jaden Jeremiah Perez, a kindred soul graced with gentleness, departed this earth on May 15, 2025, to be with our Lord in Heaven. Jaden was born May 24th of 2000 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Ashley Perez and Thomas Knox.

Jaden was funny and loved to joke and tease with ALL of the family members, especially his grandparents. His favorite sports were boxing and basketball. No matter what he was going through, Jaden always stayed positive about life. He always made sure his mom was okay and was always checking on his grandparent's well-being. Jaden had the most beautiful smile! He had a heart of gold. He was a brave and strong young man. Family was the cornerstone of Jaden's life. He leaves a legacy of love and laughter. He will be deeply missed.

He loved his family and his family loved him. Jaden's mother Ashly, found peace in a vision she recently had of Jaden and Shilough hovering just off the ground, holding hands and looking happy and just before her vision faded Jaden rose his hand and waved at her.

Jaden is preceded in death by his sister Shilough Perez. He is survived by his mother Ashley Perez; stepfather Jimmy Nieves; father Thomas Knox; brother Christian Perez; grandparents Hoovey and Della Perez; grandmother Mary Knox; niece Autumn Perez; nephews Blayze and Asher Perez and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Wake services will be 7pm, Friday, June 6, 2025, at Little Cussetah Baptist Church in Sapulpa. Services will be 2pm, Saturday, June 7, 2025, also at Little Cussetah Baptist Church with burial to follow at Little Cussetah Cemetery. are pending at this time.
