Jeffrey Louis
Seay
October 23, 1949 – March 22, 2026
Jeffrey Louis Seay, 76, of Sapulpa, passed from this life on March 22, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones.
Jeff was born on October 23, 1949, in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from Sapulpa High School and attended Northeastern State University. He later returned to Sapulpa, where he built a career in banking and real estate. Jeff was a proud member of the Elks Lodge in Sapulpa.
He found great joy in working outdoors, especially gardening, where he grew cucumbers, peppers, and squash. In his younger years, he was a skilled handyman who enjoyed working on vehicles and small engines. Jeff was an avid fan of OU and OSU sports, and he loved traveling and reading. One of his favorite pastimes was spending time at the lake, where he especially enjoyed sailing. He also cherished playing cards and dominoes with his friends and children.
Above all, Jeff valued time with his family and friends. He could often be found in the evenings sitting on his back porch, hosting cookouts when his children were in town, and watching his grandchildren play in the yard. He loved gathering around a bonfire, sharing stories, and making lasting memories.
Jeff was a kind and caring person, always willing to lend a helping hand. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Anita Collier; his children, Bryan Seay, and Elizabeth Bell and her husband Tyler; his grandchildren, Addison Bell and Charley Bell; his sister, Tricia Demeter and her husband Johnny Demeter; Guylene Seay and Howard Dine, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Anne Seay; his brother, Tracy Seay; and his sons, Brent and Jonathan Seay.
