IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Louann
Gleason
June 29, 1946 – June 26, 2024
Dorothy Louann Seigle Gleason passed from this life peacefully in her sleep on June 26, 2024, in Glenpool, Oklahoma. She was born on June 29, 1946, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Tony and Nellie Seigle.
Louann lived most of her life in Sapulpa but did live for a short time in Kellyville, Bristow and Dolores, Colorado.
Louann married Charles Gleason and they had 3 children Robert Brett Gleason, Kelli Dawn Gleason Hawkins and Brandon Charles Gleason.
Louann had two nick names that she was fond of, Aunt Louie and Blue Ann. Before she had children of her own, she babysat her nieces Bobbie Cheryl and Cindy Lynn and throughout the years she was very close to all of her nieces and nephews thinking of them as her own.
Louann was a beautician for over 40 years and worked at Wal-Mart as a pharmacy technician and a sales associate. She also coached her daughter's softball team for many years and enjoyed it very much. She was a positive influence for many girls and was loved by them all.
She enjoyed boot scooting, traveling, camping, and having fun with her family and friends. She also enjoyed attending her kids and grandkids' activities.
Louann is preceded in death by her grandparents Della and John Scott, parents Tony and Nellie Seigle and brother Robert LaBass.
She is survived by her children Robert Brett Gleason, Kelli Dawn Hawkins and husband Jack and Brandon Charles Gleason; grandchildren Tara Jane Gleason Thompson, Jamie Ellen Gleason, Brayden Gleason, DJ Hawkins, Ashley Dawn Hawkins and Easton Gleason; great-grandchildren Ty Thompson and Elly Thompson; sisters Dolores Osborne and Janis Holmes, nieces Jill Broomhall and Jerrye Nelle Broomhall and many other family members and friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to nieces Jill Broomhall and Jerrye Nelle Broomhall for everything they have done during this time. Also, a big thank you to Gentiva Hospice for their excellent care and compassion.
At Louann's request there are no public services planned. Arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral Home, 35 S. Main, Kellyville, OK.
