Marion Rex Price of Sapulpa, OK, passed away from this life on January 15, 2024. Marion was born April 1, 1947, in McCurtain, OK to Eliza Lee Price and Louise Drummond Price. He graduated from Keota High School in 1965. He attended Tulsa Community College briefly. He was an employee at PepsiCo for more than 25 years, after retiring from PepsiCo he owned a couple of small businesses in the Tulsa area. They owned an antique store and a restaurant Union Station. He ultimately finished his days working at Lowe's.
Marion met Judalon in 1991 and were married August 13, 1994. They did many mission trips to Dominican Republic and help orphaned children. They ministered to many in the local criminal detainment centers to help people reform and find God. They also supported juveniles at risk by housing, feeding, and helping them to get on their own two feet.
Marion in his spare time loved to visit with his grandkids, watch his daughter bowl, and traveling from time to time. Most of his spare time was hanging out with his puppers Popcorn and Peanut.
He had the biggest caring and compassionate heart. He saw the good in all. He only wanted to see a smile on your face and would happily help to make you smile. He was always happy to give a helping hand even if he knew he couldn't really help. He was loved by everyone that he came into their lives, he will be greatly missed by all his friends and family.
He is survived by his daughter Stephannie, bonus son Daniel Collins, his 6 grandkids Matthew Collins, Kallie Collins, Haley Rusher, James Rusher, Ayden Rusher, Hannah Rusher, his God daughter Daelynn, his brother Garry Price and sister Karen Erwin, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father Elzie, mother Louise, wife Judalon, sister Donna, brothers Alfred, Ray, and Mike.
Memorial services will be 11am, Friday, January 26, 2024, at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville. Arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral and Cremation Services, 35 S. Main, Kellyville, OK, 918-247-7373.
