Mary Kathrine Aston, 104, of Sapulpa passed from this life Saturday, November 30, 2019.  She was born February 12, 1915 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Her parents were Ed and Katie Stuart. She graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1932. In 1934 Kathrine married Hubert Aston of Sapulpa in double wedding ceremony with her sister Mildred and husband Robert Stewart.

Kathrine was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church and Women's Society. She volunteered with the auxiliary at the hospital and was a docent at the Historical Society. In 2003 she was named Volunteer of the year. She and Hubert were also members of the "Early 30's".

Surviving her are daughter Connie (Mrs. Glenn) Wilson of Sapulpa, granddaughter Amy Bell of Sapulpa; grandsons Wade Wilson and wife Dr. Jennifer Chan and Val Wilson all of Chicago; great-grandson Chris Bell and wife Michelle and great- granddaughters Penny and Josie Bell of Sapulpa.

Memorial services will be 1:30pm, Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church in Sapulpa with a reception to follow.
