Mary Teresa Foster, 91, of Kellyville passed from this life Thursday, June 20, 2019. She was born May 5, 1928 in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. She was one of eight children. She met Elmer Foster during World War II, she was 16 at the time. She moved to Oklahoma in 1942 at the age of 17. She enjoyed quilting, gardening and playing with her grandkids.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband Elmer Foster; son-in-law John Carr; numerous brothers and sisters and several grandchildren.

She is survived by children Mary Ann Carr of Kellyville, Tony and Sandy Foster of Corpus Christi, Texas, Eddie and Tammy Foster of Florida; grandchildren Tere and Ray Bahr of Kellyville, John and Darlene Carr of Arkansas, Marie and John Short of Florida, Terri Carr of Washington, Mike and Bennie Foster of Coweta, Jeff and Tracy Foster of Winchester, Shelly and Rob Eulenfield of Malawi, Africa, Matthew Foster of Florida, Amy and Mark Talley of Claremore, Kevin and Angela Foster of Broken Arrow; siblings Rosa McDonald of Michigan, Chupping Navarro of Puerto Rico, Geraldine Graham of Broken Arrow, Ray and Jean Foster of Chelsea, 44 great-grandchildren, 42 great-great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a visitation from 5-7pm, Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Traditions Funeral Chapel, 35 S. Main, Kellyville, Oklahoma. Services will be 10:00am, Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Park Grove Cemetery, 1000 W. Houston, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

There will be a lunch following the service at Midway Full Gospel Church, 6199 S. 80th W. Ave., Tulsa, Oklahoma 74131.
