Mary Ellen Norman Nicholas, 88, transitioned from death into Gods marvelous Kingdom of Light early morning hour of September 24, 2025.

Mary was born August 20, 1937, in Alton, Illinois. She was the 2nr born of 6 children to her parents R.A. and Pauline Norman.

As a young woman living in Wagner, OK., she met the love of her life Franklin D. Nicholas and they were joined in marriage August 8, 1962.

Mary was a retired ordained minister. She authored 3 books which were three of her greatest life's accomplishments.

She was preceded in death by her husband Franklin Nicholas in 1995; her parents, R.A and Pauline Webb Norman; sisters, Edna Pauline Sipes and Charlotte Marie Norman.

She is survived by her 4 children; son, Jonathon Nicholas of Chicago, IL, 3 daughters, Paula Davis and husband Greg of Goldsby, OK., Monique Harper of Tulsa, OK., and Tracy Thompson of Coweta, OK.; 8 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Rheuben (Sonny) Norman and wife Marilyn of Wagner, OK.; 2 sisters, Sharon Roberts of Sapulpa, OK., Deborah Gallagher and husband John of Yukon, OK., and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

On September 24, 2025, Mary boarded and early morning flight #777. Her destination: Golden City, Jerusalem. On her arrival at the Eastern Gate, many loved ones, friends and acquaintances were waiting to welcome her home with hugs, kisses and hallelujahs. With her life's journey complete-she declares into the universe to those left behind here on earth-"Keep the Faith and I'll see you soon in Jerusalem, The Golden City of God!"

Graveside services will be 1 pm, Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Elmwood Cemetery in Wagoner, OK.
