Michael Alan Back, 53, of Sapulpa, went to be with the Lord on May 8, 2024, holding the hands of his wife and daughter.

Michael was born March 22, 1971, in Newark, Ohio to Luther Back and Patricia Dixon (Richards). He graduated from Newark High School and Licking County Joint Vocational School in 1989.

Michael met and later married the love of his life Sandra. They recently celebrated their 20th anniversary.

Michael had a caring and compassionate heart, and he made a great impact on everyone he met. He was loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Michael loved fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife Sandra; children Sara Grant, Tabitha Back, Hunter Back and Chase Back; father Luther Back; mother Patricia Dixon; sisters Sandie Dixon, Angela Musick, Mary Casler and Gail Chittick; his grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be 2pm, Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville. Arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral and Cremation Services, 35 S. Main, Kellyville, OK, 918-247-7373.
