Michael was born June 17, 1953, in San Deigo, California to Harold and Mryna (Bulter) Webb. Mike was a preemie at under three pounds. His mom called him her shoe box baby. When he was strong enough, they moved to Kansas, where both mom and dad were from. They moved a lot while the boys were growing up, settling in Cañon City Colorado, where Mike graduated from high school.

While stationed in Washington, Mike had a son, Chris. Mike later met and married Ann and they had two daughters, Janet, and Theresa.
After retiring from the Army, Mike went overseas to teach helicopter repair and maintenance. Returning to the States, he was grandfathered in with a CDL (Commercial Driver's License), where he begins his truck driving years.
On January 27, 1999, Mike accepted the Lord as his savior.
While driving for Arrow Trucking, he met and married Edith, they celebrated 23 years of marriage in March 2024.
For the past five years Mike has driven a school bus for Sapulpa Public Schools. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, reloading his own bullets, and riding his motorcycle.
Mike never met a stranger, and you could always hear him before you saw him.
Mike is preceded in death by his father, his grandparents, and his mother-in-law Kate Ralston.
He is survived by his wife Edith; children Chris Donahue of Jacksonville, Florida, Janet Hickman and husband Lewis of Roanoke, VA.
