Mitzi Lynn Williams, 66, departed this life Friday, December 1, 2023, in a Fort Worth, Texas hospital after suffering a stroke. She was born to Marlo Deane (Bud) and Ruth Estella (Foster) Goodroad on June 8, 1957, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She was brought up in the First United Methodist Church.

Mitzi was a 1975 Bristow graduated where she was on the Principal's Honor Roll, Big Wheel and Wrestling Queen. She also attended one year at Oklahoma State University.

She is preceded in death by her parents Bud and Ruth, grandparents O.W. (Pete) and Evelyn (Ihle) Foster and Gerald (Bud), and Marvel Goodroad, and brother Peter Foster Goodroad.

She is survived by stepmother Kay Goodroad, children Trey Elias and Ashley Elias, Daniel Williams and Kristen Williams and nephews Michael Foster Goodroad, Stephen Goodroad and Shane Goodroad.
