Otis Eugene "Gene" Copeland 89, Of Sapulpa, went to be with his wife on June 12,2023. Gene was born on October 29, 1933 in Pharoah, OK.

Gene served in the army for 3 years. He married his wife Ruby Copeland July 9, 195l, and they were married for 66 years. He worked as a truck driver for 40 years. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, working outside, and most of all eating. He loved spending time with his grandsons and great grandsons.

He is survived by his daughter Edith and husband Carl Ricketts, grandsons Dustin and wife Bryana and Clayton and Jocelyn, and great-grandsons Drake and Bennett Copeland.
