Pamela Louise Bilby, 70, of Sapulpa, passed from this life on Monday, March 25, 2024, in Tulsa, OK. She was born on February 15, 1954, in Chandler, OK, to Harry and Ellen McDougal. She was an elementary and junior high teacher. She was at Allen Bowden for six years, then retired from Kiefer after teaching for over 30 years. She was married to her best friend, Mike Bilby, for almost 50 years.

Pam loved all animals and had a passion for horses her entire life. She also loved gardening and working outdoors. Her favorite time of the year was in the spring when she could start picking out new flowers for her flower beds. She enjoyed fishing on the pier and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Ellen McDougal, and her grandparents, JC and Marie McDougal.

Pam leaves behind her husband, Mike, of Sapulpa, OK; daughter Benjalie Warren and husband, Mark of Glenpool, OK; son Michael Bilby and wife Rebecca of Sapulpa, OK; brother Jim McDougal of Splendora, TX; brother-in-law Rev Johnny Bilby and wife Barbara; sister-in-law Twana Ballard and husband Rusty; grandchildren Morgan and Hunter Daves Garrett, Bailey Boaz, Brenna and Matthew Warren, Taylor, Adilyn and Madison Bilby, great grandchildren Liam and Ella Daves Garrett, 13 nieces and nephews, and many other family and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 28, 2024 at Traditions Funeral Home, 35 S. Main St. in Kellyville, from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 29, 2024, at Allen Freewill Baptist Church, 7001 S. Hwy 97 in Sapulpa, OK. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral Home.
