Patricia Sue Young, 80, of Sapulpa, passed from this life Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Patty was born April 19, 1943, in Kiefer, Oklahoma to Orville and Laura (Ramey) Pierce.

Patty married the love of her life Butch Young on August 14, 1959, and they were blessed with two daughters Tammy Young Yocham and Kerri Young Tyler.

She attended Kiefer High School and was employed by Dr. Joseph in Sapulpa for 20 years and the Department of Human Services for 10 years. She enjoyed yardwork, photography, trips to Colorado with her husband Butch and spending time with her family. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and her contagious smile will truly be missed.

Patty is preceded in death by her parents Orville and Laura Pierce; brothers Michael Pierce and Buz Pierce and nephew Michael Pierce II.

She is survived by her husband Butch Young; daughters Tammy Yocham and husband Harlan and Kerri Tyler and husband Derrick; grandchildren Harlan Yocham and wife Kara, Elisabeth Allen and husband Shane, Brandon Tyler and wife Meagan and Chase Tyler and wife Lyndsey; great-grandchildren Finley, Raimey, Tripp and Conley Yocham, Hudson, Harrison and Holland Allen; sister Billie Joann Daniell; nephews Darren Pierce and wife Beth, Aaron Pierce and wife Rochelle and Adam Pierce and wife Amanda; niece Angelia Critz and husband Glenn and a host of other family members and friends.

There will be a visitation from 10:00am-12:00pm, Friday, July 21, 2023, at the Sapulpa Holiness Church, 1220 Wickham Rd, Sapulpa, Oklahoma, with lunch immediately following.
