Patsy Taylor, 82, of Sand Springs, passed from this life on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. Patsy was born December 20, 1940, in Bixby, Oklahoma to Joseph and Lora Shafer. She attended Charles Page High School and was employed by Commander Mills, Sunrise, Kerr Glass, and was a homemaker.

Patsy met and later married the love of her life Kenneth Taylor.  They celebrated 46 years of marriage before his passing on September 1, 2020.

Patsy enjoyed in her spare time crocheting, going to casinos, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. She had a caring and compassionate heart and was always willing to give a helping hand.  She was loved and will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Lora Shafer and husband Kenneth Taylor.

Patsy is survived by her children Cherle Jones, Shelly Choate and Anthony Choate; grandchildren Logan Ballard, Cyrus Schott and Alice Wright; brother Raymond Shafer; sisters Irene James, Paulette Cheek and Sharon ­­­­­­­Peterson Clark and a host of other relatives and friends.
