Randy Lee Rood, 63, of Tulsa, passed away on November 15, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Randy was born in Tulare, California to Emma JoAnn Rood-Denton on February 29, 1956. He married Betty James Greenlee on March 20, 1984 in Miami, Oklahoma. For numerous years he was employed as a maintenance worker for apartments. He was a Sgt. in the United States Air Force and was stationed in California and Texas where he served for four years and then honorably discharged.

Randy enjoyed family get togethers and watching movies with his loving wife Betty.

Randy is preceded in death by his mother Emma JoAnn Denton; stepson-in-law Matt Beal; brother-in-law Billy Chappell and his dog Mickey.

Randy is survived by his wife Betty Rood of the home; stepsons Tommy Greenlee of Colorado, James Greenlee and wife Susan of Tulsa and Troy Greenlee of Tulsa; stepdaughter Jennifer Beal of Carney, Oklahoma; two sisters and two brothers; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Carolyn Chappell and brother-in-law Larry Deckard.
