Obituary

Revennie Mae Tiger, 92, of Sapulpa, passed from this life Friday, January 5, 2024. She was born October 6, 1931, in Battiest, Oklahoma to William and Ida Mae (Jones) Noah.

Revennie was a graduate of Sequoyah Indian Schools in Tahlequah. She enjoyed cooking, softball, fishing, bowling, jigsaw puzzles and was master dressmaker and beader, having many of her pieces as far as Alaska. She was blessed to have a big family and was most happy when she was surrounded by them. She loved to host Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners where she would cook and bake the most amazing meals. She was loved deeply and will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents William and Ida Noah; sister Velma Harrison; brother Newman Noah; children Jeannie Blalock and Larry Wayne Tiger; grandchildren Jason Lee Tiger and Meeko Bobo; nephews Sydney Harrison and Jesse Lee McDermott and other family members.

She is survived by sister Imogene Sue McDermott; children Ronnie Tiger, Leland Tiger, Cheryl Renee Tiger, Naomi Daniel and Lawanna Tiger; over sixty and counting grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many other nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Viewing will be 9-5, Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Traditions Funeral Home. Services will be 2pm, Thursday, January 11, 2024, also at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville with burial to follow at South Heights Cemetery in Sapulpa. Lunch will be served before the service, at 11:00am at the Indian Fellowship Church, 6130 S 58th W Ave, Tulsa, OK 74131
