Richard (Rich) Allen Bussett was born July 9, 1945 to Ralph and Lillian (Jackie) Bussett in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.  He passed away from this life February 15, 2023 at the age of 77.

Rich worked at American Airlines for 18 years. He enjoyed ranching and being with his family. He loved being with his two grandsons.

He is survived by his wife and high school sweetheart Cletus Bussett of the home; daughter Christy Bussett of Kellyville; grandsons Jett Jordan and Gage Jordan of Kellyville; brothers Bill Bussett and wife Martha, Jerry (Bud) Bussett and wife Sharon of Kellyville; sister Sandy (Hinmanair) Makortoss of Surrey, British Columbia and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Jackie Bussett; brothers Larry Bussett, Dave Bussett and sister-in-law Nita Bussett and sister Paula McGuire.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00pm, Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at the Coalition Church, 24543 W. Highway 33, Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Honorary Bearers will be Tom Ramirez, Tom Holcomb, Jim Hiett, Jerry Voss and John Robinson. Bearers will be Jeff McGuire, Tim McGuire, Jim McGuire, Chad Billingsly, Jett Jordan and Chris Copeland.
