Robert A. Faast 63, of Kellyville, passed from this life on May 30, 2019. He was born June 19, 1955 in Seattle Washington to Donald and Margaret Faast. He was raised in California and work took him to Kentucky where he met and married his wife Patti. They shared 32 fun filled years.

Bob was most recently employed by the John Zink Company as an industrial painter. His career in painting took him across the states. In the industry, he was known as the "Master Blaster". A true expert in the field.

Bob loved being outside. He enjoyed feeding the fish, maintaining his yard, camping and swimming, but he truly loved cooking outdoors. He was an avid reader. He liked to trade books with his sister-in-law, Daphne, who is also a big Stephen King fan. Bob was a hard worker and he lived by the motto, "If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right."

Bob is survived by his loving wife Patti of the home in Kellyville, six children, Jason Faast and his wife Lisa of North Lake Texas, Kristin Edmiaston and her husband Josh of Bakersfield, California, Melissa Lorenz and husband Justin of Bakersfield California, Nicole Berry and husband Breck of Jenks, Okla., Ryan Faast and Shelby of Sapulpa, Nathan Faast and Candy of Kellyville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one on the way, one brother, Steve Faast, 4 sisters, Nancy Lynge, Bonnie Mullin, Mary Russell, Judy Black and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one granddaughter Camryn Lin Edmiaston.

There will be a visitation for friends with the family present, Sunday, June 2, 2019 between 3-5pm at Traditions Funeral Chapel, 35 South Main Street, Kellyville, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be Monday, June 3, 2019 at 10:00am also at Traditions Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Kellyville City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral and Cremation Services in Kellyville.
