Shawn Dickey 57, of Sapulpa went to his Heavenly Father on June 27, 2023. Shawn was born August 24, 1965, in Sapulpa to Jim and Loyce Dickey. He graduated from Kellyville High School in 1983 and was employed by the City of Sapulpa. Growing up, the family was involved with youth rodeo and horse racing and their home was often a hub of young men hanging out and playing pool.

Shawn met and married Michelle Sellers and they celebrated 30 years of marriage on June 5th.  He was a member of North Heights Church where he served as a deacon.

Shawn enjoyed the outdoors and helping others. He was an avid hunter, enjoyed fishing, and he and Michelle enjoyed going out on their kayaks. Shawn loved working in his church, never missed a VBS or camp, and used his quiet strength to guide others to Jesus.  He had a heart for young people and was a role model for many.

Shawn's family had a deep and abiding love and he will be forever missed in this life.

He is survived by his loving wife Michelle; daughters Amanda Miller and husband Logan, Erica Dickey, and honorary daughter Hannah Currie; grandson Jake Miller; sister Sonya Haddock; brother Scott Dickey; brother-in-law Mark Sellers; sister-in-law Melinda McGuire and husband John and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6:00pm - 8:00pm, Thursday, June 29, 2023, at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville. Services will be 2:00pm, Friday, June 30, 2023, also at Traditions Funeral Chapel.
