Shelly Diane Johnson, 60, of Mounds, passed from this life Thursday, February 29, 2024. She was born December 19, 1963, in Tempe, Arizona to Guy Leroy and Murney L. McCaw Kapple.

Shelly graduated from Bixby High School in 1982 and was later employed at Reasor's grocery store.

She enjoyed to flea market in the early days with her mom and dad. She also enjoyed to dune buggy at Little Sahara, play softball and going to the lake and to the beach in Florida with her grandchildren.

Shelly is preceded in death by her parents Guy Leroy and Murney Kapple and daughter McKinzie.

She is survived by daughter Jamie Leann Hubbard of Mounds; grandchildren Xander, Lexi and Hunter; brother Kenny Kapple and wife Jerri of Mounds and sister Robin Gammill and husband Jerry of Liberty Mounds and numerous other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will from 6-8pm, Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at Traditions Funeral Chapel. Services will be 2pm, Thursday, March 7, 2024, also at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville.
