Steven Kent Ellsworth, 73, of Tulsa, passed from this life Monday, February 24, 2025. He was born July 24, 1951, in Stroud, Oklahoma to John Albert and Marjorie Ellsworth.

Steve graduated from Memorial High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1969. He later became a band roadie, working with some of the biggest names in Rock and Roll. After a 20-year career of being a roadie, he finished his working career as a parts salesman for Oklahoma Truck Supply.

Steve lived life on his terms, he was fun loving and always quick to help others in need. He loved to cook and was an avid collector of Coke and toy memorabilia, and baseball cards, filling his home with all his found treasures. He was a beloved brother and friend and will be missed more than words can say. The family finds comfort knowing that he will be watching over them.

He is preceded in death by his parents John and Marjorie Ellsworth and sister Deanna Harvey.

He is survived sisters Karen Thompson and husband Ron of Sapulpa and Teresa Dunbar of Tulsa; nieces and nephews Tammy Duckwall of Collinsville; Shane Hutto of Illinois, Dallas Garcia of Tulsa, Jason Phillips of Texas, Will Dunbar of Tulsa, Graham Dunbar of Tulsa; Julia Dunbar of Tulsa and Stacey Dunbar of Iowa and brother-in-law Ron Harvey of Broken Arrow.

A Celebration of Life will be from noon-4pm, Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the Akdar Shrine of Tulsa, 2808 S. Sheridan Rd., Tulsa, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral and Cremation Services, 35 S. Main, Kellyville, OK, 918-247-7373.
