Obituary

Terry Allen Littlefield, 54, of Locust Grove, OK peacefully went to be with the Lord on November 29, 2022.

Terry was born September 21, 1968, in Sapulpa, OK.  He excelled in school, graduating as valedictorian from Liberty Mounds High School in 1986.  Terry went on to earn his Associate of Science Degree from Northeastern State University in Wilburton, OK, his Bachelor of Science Degree from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater and his Master of Science Degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville.

He loved the Lord, was blessed with gifts of the Spirit, and had a deep understanding of the Gospel.  While living in the Sapulpa area Terry attended Triumph Worship Center in Glenpool.  There, he volunteered in the food pantry, helped the pastoral team design a Growth Track program, and coordinated ministry assignments for new team volunteers.  The church still uses that program when new people join.

Terry was adventurous, enjoyed big game hunting and fishing, was happiest outdoors or when helping others, and loved sushi.  He had a long and successful career in Agriculture, including extensive travels throughout the U.S. and Japan, where he gained an appreciation for Asian culture.  He later returned to the family farm where he thoroughly enjoyed clearing land with the bulldozer and overseeing all aspects of the cattle business.

Terry was full of life, laughter, and wisdom.  He was an avid learner, reader, teacher, and encourager.  He was a storyteller, a prankster and protective big brother.  A kind, generous, funny, intelligent, compassionate soul, he is greatly missed.

Now in the presence of God, Terry was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Jack and Winifred Littlefield of Locust Grove, and maternal grandparents Melvin and Faye Jones of Mounds, OK.

Terry is survived by his loving parents Robert Littlefield and Cecelia Bowers of Locust Grove, and Sharon McCaskill of Sapulpa; brother Brian Anderson (Dayna) and little sister Jamie (Littlefield) Maxwell; nieces Shanelle Smith (Tyler) and Jaiden Maxwell; nephew Kasey Anderson (Katie); great niece Rachelle Smith and great nephews Kylan Smith, Elijah and Isaiah Anderson; three children (Tyler, Caleb and Hannah) and a host of cousins, aunts and uncles.
