Tonny (Lonnie) Mills 67, of Okmulgee, passed from this life and went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 29, 2025, at home.
Tonny (Lonnie) was born December 14, 1957, in Bentonville, AR to General Anglish and Bertie R. Mills. Tonny (Lonnie) attended school at Flippin, AR.
Tonny (Lonnie) was a tradesman and worked as a mechanic, carpenter and handyman. There wasn't anything Tonny (Lonnie) couldn't build or fix. He was one of the hardest working men you would ever know.
Tonny (Lonnie) met and married the love of his life, Brenda Watashe on February 5, 1977. They celebrated 48 years of marriage.
In his spare time, Tonny (Lonnie) enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with his family.
Tonny (Lonnie) was willing to give the shirt off his back to help others. He may not have had a lot of money or material things, but he had a heart of gold and a relentless love for his family. He was loved and will be greatly missed by his family and those who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife Brenda of the home; Brother Ralph Mills of Hiwasse, AR, Sisters Tenia and husband Sherman Robinson of Gravette, AR and Willodean Jones of Rogers, AR; Children Tony Mills of Tulsa and Victoria and husband Jimmy Lowry of Sapulpa; Grandchildren Rachel Mills of Tulsa and Leeann and Anthony "AJ" Lowry of Sapulpa and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father Bertie and General Mills; brothers Willard and Lee Mills; sisters Janice Pauline Mills, Kay Sain, and Lorene Howard, and Sue Mills.
Pallbearers: Brandon Mills, Cody Mills, Andy Mills, Tony Torres, Sam Brown, and Jerad Guess.
Honorary Pallbearers: Jimmy Lowry, Anthony "AJ" Lowry, David Lowry, JD Merideth, and Larry Griffin.
Services will be Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at Traditions Funeral Home in Kellyville, OK.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 7-9P.M. At Traditions Funeral Home in Kellyville, OK.
