Trevor Jordan Smith, 23, passed from this life on June 17, 2023. Trevor was born on March 28th, 2000, in Lagrange, KY to Nancy Sherwood and C.R. Smith.

Growing up, he was always a happy and curious kid who loved to explore the world around him. T-Rev, as we affectionately called him, had a contagious smile and a heart full of gold. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Trevor had many interests such as fishing, dirt bike riding, music and his love for shopping for shoes.

Trevor loved taking his children with him wherever he would go, devoting time to being a great Dad at such a young age.

Trevor is survived by his partner, Tarren, his children Landon, Zaya and Kanyun.

He is also survived by his parents Bryan and Nancy Sherwood, C.R Smith, his sister Ashley and 3 brothers Korey, Devin and C.D., as well as extended family Geoff, Jessica, Cassidy, Tyler and Beau and all of their children, Trey, Skylar, Paxtyn, Ridley, Baker, Nora, Wren, Aurora, Lucas and Jacob.

Trevor had many friends between Kentucky, Indiana and Oklahoma that will also deeply miss him.

Trevor's passing has left a hole in the hearts of all that knew him, and his memory will live on through the countless lives he touched during his short time on this earth. Rest in peace Trevor. You will always be loved and remembered.

Visitation will be held at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville, Oklahoma on Thursday, June 22nd from 6-8pm, Funeral services will be 2pm, Friday, June 23, 2023, also at Traditions Funeral Chapel.
