Vicky D. Webb (O'Neal) age 68 of Sapulpa passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2021.  She had a master's degree in education from Oklahoma State University.  She was born March 27, 1953, in Poteau, Oklahoma to Eugene and Dorthea O'Neal.

Vicky is survived by her husband, of 48 years, James (Jim) Webb; son James Robert Webb Jr. and his wife Tiffany of Bixby, daughter Melissa Woods and her husband Dory of Mannford; daughter Reesa Bell of Bixby; 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and brother Eugene O'Neal of Rogers, Arkansas.

She is preceded in death by her parents Eugene and Dorthea Sue O'Neal and sister Belinda O'Neal.

She taught over 30 years at Kellyville Public Schools and finally retired to spend more time serving her children and grandchildren.  Vicky attended First Baptist Church faithfully. She never met a stranger and loved all she met. She will be missed more than words can say.

There will be a visitation from 6:00pm-8:00pm, Thursday, June 10, 2021 , at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville. Her life celebration will be held 10:00am, Friday, June 11, 2021 , at the First Baptist Church in Kellyville.  Burial will follow at Green Hill Memorial Gardens in Sapulpa.
