William Frank Dolan Jr. ~ May 23, 1968 – July 28,2026

William Frank Dolan Jr. although everyone knew him as Frank. He was born on May 23, 1968, in Killeen, Texas, where his father, William “Billy” Dolan, was stationed in the Army. Frank was the oldest of three boys. During his father’s military service, Vernon and Ruth Wickham opened their home to the boys, providing a loving and stable upbringing.

Frank lived his life to the fullest with a generous heart, and contagious sense of humor, he always had a good story to tell.

Frank was a hard working man, he spent most of his career in the concrete cutting industry, earning the respect of coworkers and friends through his dedication and strong work ethic. He took great pride in providing for his family and was never afraid of hard work.

Frank’s greatest joy was his family. He loved his children and grandchildren. Although he was very proud of Paige, Ty and Camden. The love he had for his grand children was immeasurable. Renlee and Ryker were the light of his life! He was a very proud papa. They brought so much joy to his life.. He loved his family so much. John and Frank had an unbreakable bond and love for one another they spent time traveling and running the streets together. They were always supportive of each other. In High School John played football and Frank ran Track they were very competitive.

He enjoyed riding motorcycles and embracing life’s adventures.

Frank loved life and always found the bright side of any situation. His kindness, positivity, and ability to make others laugh will always be remembered. He never met a stranger and was always willing to help anyone in need.

Frank leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, strength, and kindness. Though his passing leaves a deep void, the memories he created and the joy he shared will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

He will be deeply loved, forever remembered, and greatly missed.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, August 2nd from 2-4 at the Wells Building, 208 E Dewey, Sapulpa, OK., 74066.
