Wyona Ruth (Bell) Webb was born on March 15, 1940 to James "Arlie" Bell and Oleta Folsom (Walker) Bell in Soper, Oklahoma.  She grew up in Goodland, Oklahoma and in her final years resided in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Wyona was the oldest of five children.

There were many hobbies Wyona enjoyed throughout her life.  She loved to sing, paint beautiful canvases, gardening, shopping, cooking and spending time with family.

Wyona married her husband Paul of 53 years on April 22, 1957.  Wyona was a homemaker, mother of six, and supportive wife.  She dedicated her life to her family and never met a stranger.  She was a constant provider of love, support, advice and guidance for all of those around her.

Wyona was preceded in death by her husband Paul F. Webb Sr.; parents James "Arlie" Bell and Oleta (Walker) Bell; son Richard Glen Webb; sister Louise Bell; brothers "Bud" and David; granddaughter Krissie (Walter) Belden and great-grandson Hunter Hanson.

She is survived by her children Paul "Floyd" Webb Jr. and wife Mariangela of Italy, Sharon Chambliss of Sapulpa, Rachel Williams of Sapulpa, Larry Webb and wife April of Aurora, Colorado and Dustin Webb Sr. and wife Melissa of Kellyville; brother James Bell of Goodland; grandchildren Naomi, Amanda, Angela, Hailey, Tommy, Paul, Brittany, Daniel, Megan and Scott and lots of great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6:00pm-8:00pm, Friday, January 20, 2023, at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville.  Services will be 10:00am, Saturday, January 21, 2023, also at Traditions Funeral Chapel.  Arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral and Cremation Services, 35 S.
